WHAT IS SKIN BRUSHING ALL ABOUT?
Our skin is constantly shedding dead cells and toxins, as part of its everlasting function.
To keep skin optimal, a light exfoliation is beneficial through daily dry Skin Brushing. The act of brushing removes the toxins, while distributing body oils, boosting blood circulation, moving the lymphatic system, and more!
NOTE: as we age, the shedding process becomes more difficult and those toxins may not be thrown off as easily. Brushing becomes even more essential.
SKIN BRUSHING IS POWERFUL – AND VERY EASY!
Just 10 minutes a day is all it takes.
Until you get the hang of it, it might take a little longer, but it is truly easy – and invigorating!
One of my favorite things about Skin Brushing each morning is that “zest” I feel!
You ALWAYS brush towards the heart, you ALWAYS use natural bristles (never synthetic), don’t brush over open sores, and brush everything except your upper neck & face (that skin is more fragile, needs lighter bristles than a body brush, and only 1 time per week).
